The Actions tab is the hub for connecting your agent to external systems and tools. Here you can configure CRM syncing, ad tracking, calendar scheduling, and notification channels.
CRM
Configure CRM integrations to create and update contacts automatically based on chat interactions.
Supported Integrations:

Features:
- Field Mapping: Map data collected by your agent (from the Data Capture form) to specific fields in your CRM.
- Syncing: Automatically sync lead information when a conversation is qualified.
Ads
Track conversions for this agent in Google Ads.
Google Ads Integration:
- Connect your Google Ads account to track when visitors engage with your agent or complete specific goals.
- Conversion Value: Set a default monetary value for conversions generated by the agent.
Scheduling
Configure calendar integrations to allow your agent to schedule meetings directly within the chat.

- Google Calendar
How it works:
- Connect your calendar provider.
- When a visitor qualifies for a meeting (based on your instructions or workflows), the agent will present your calendar availability.
Notifications
Send notifications to external channels when specific events occur.
Escalations (Pro)
Receive alerts when a conversation is escalated to a human agent.
- Channels: Email, Slack (if configured).
Buyer Intent (Business)
Receive alerts when high-intent buying signals are detected during a conversation.
Slack Integration
Connect your Slack workspace to receive notifications in specific channels.
- Configurable Events: Choose which events trigger a Slack message (e.g., New Lead, Escalation, Conversation Started).
