The RB2B integration allows you to identify anonymous website visitors by IP address, turning them into actionable leads even if they don't fill out a form.

How it Works

RB2B specializes in person-level identification. When a visitor lands on your site, RB2B matches their IP address and other signals against their identity graph to reveal who they are—often providing their name, LinkedIn profile, job title, and company.

Aimdoc connects with your RB2B account to:

1. Identify Visitors: Automatically detect who is chatting with your AI agent.
2. Enrich Conversations: Use the visitor's name and company context to personalize the chat experience in real-time.
3. Capture Leads: Pass identified lead data downstream to your CRM or other integrations.

Setup

Connecting RB2B is simple and only requires your API Key.

1. Get your API Key:

   • Log in to your RB2B Dashboard.
   • Navigate to your settings to find your API Key.

2. Connect in Aimdoc:

   • Go to the Integrations tab in your Aimdoc dashboard.
   • Find the RB2B card and click Connect.
   • Paste your API Key into the modal and click Save.

Once connected, your Aimdoc agents will automatically start leveraging RB2B data to identify visitors and enhance your conversations.
