Setup Instructions
- Connect a TidyCal link: In the Aimdoc dashboard, go to Integrations, choose TidyCal, paste a booking URL (for example
https://tidycal.com/username), and click Connect. - Add another link: Use Add another on the TidyCal card to connect a different booking URL. Connecting the same URL again updates that link in place.
- Assign in the agent: In Actions or on a Skill that grants Show booking calendar, select which TidyCal link to use.
- Configure availability: Set your available time slots in TidyCal so Aimdoc offers accurate booking times.
Common Questions
Can I connect more than one TidyCal link?
Yes. Each distinct booking URL is stored as its own connection. Assign different links from Actions or on different skills that grant booking.
Can visitors select different meeting types?
Yes, if you connect multiple TidyCal links (or configure multiple meeting types in TidyCal), the agent can surface the calendar you assigned for that conversation path.
Will meeting details be included in the booking?
Yes, the agent will pass the conversation context and visitor details to the TidyCal booking, providing your team with valuable background information.
Can I limit the number of meetings scheduled?
Yes, you can set daily or weekly limits on the number of meetings that can be scheduled through the integration.
