Assessments & Reports
Assessments and Reports are Business plan features.
The Assessments tab allows you to create structured forms and reports to gather detailed information from visitors and generate valuable outputs.
Assessments
Assessments are structured questionnaires that your AI agent can guide visitors through. Unlike the standard qualification form, assessments can be more complex and used for specific use cases like:
- ROI Calculators
- Maturity Models
- Technical Diagnostics
- Pre-consultation Surveys
How to create an Assessment:
- Click Create Assessment.
- Define the questions and answer types (e.g., text, multiple choice, number).
- The AI agent will use this structure to ask questions in a conversational manner.
Reports
Reports allow you to generate formatted documents based on the data collected from an assessment or conversation.
Types of Reports:
- Internal: Generated for your team (e.g., a lead summary sent to Slack/Email).
- External: Generated for the visitor (e.g., a PDF report or email summary sent to the user).
Use Case Example: You can build a "Marketing Maturity Assessment" where the agent asks 5 key questions about a visitor's marketing stack. Upon completion, the agent generates a "Maturity Report" giving the visitor a score and recommendations, which is emailed to them automatically.
