Setup Instructions
Step 1: Connect HubSpot Account
In the Aimdoc dashboard, navigate to the Integrations section and select HubSpot. Follow the prompts to authorize the connection with your HubSpot account.
Step 2: Configure Field Mapping
After connecting your HubSpot account, you need to configure how Aimdoc data maps to your HubSpot properties:
- Navigate to the agent you want to configure
- Click Edit Agent to open the Agent Builder
- Go to the Actions tab
- Configure the Aimdoc to HubSpot field mapping to match your CRM structure
This allows you to map fields and questions from your Qualification form directly to HubSpot contact properties.
Common Questions
How are leads transferred to HubSpot?
When a visitor interacts with your Aimdoc AI agent and provides their contact information, Aimdoc automatically creates a new contact in HubSpot with all collected information based on your field mapping configuration.
Can I customize which fields are synced?
Yes, in the Actions tab of your agent, you can map Aimdoc fields and qualification questions to your specific HubSpot properties to ensure data is organized according to your preferences.
