Voice (Beta)
Voice mode is available on the Business plan only.
Voice mode enables real-time voice-to-voice communication with your Aimdoc AI agent. When enabled, visitors can speak directly to your AI agent and receive spoken responses — creating a more natural, conversational experience.
How It Works
When voice mode is enabled, visitors will see a phone icon at the top of the chat widget. Clicking this icon activates voice mode, allowing them to:
- Speak directly to your AI agent using their microphone
- Receive real-time voice responses from the AI
- Switch seamlessly between voice and text chat
Configuration
To enable and configure voice mode:
- Navigate to the agent you want to configure
- Click Edit Agent to open the Agent Builder
- Go to the Voice tab
- Enable voice mode
- Select from 20 different voice styles for your AI agent
Choose a voice that best represents your brand's personality and resonates with your target audience.
