Voice (Beta)

Voice mode enables real-time voice-to-voice communication with your Aimdoc AI agent. When enabled, visitors can speak directly to your AI agent and receive spoken responses — creating a more natural, conversational experience.


How It Works

When voice mode is enabled, visitors will see a phone icon at the top of the chat widget. Clicking this icon activates voice mode, allowing them to:

  • Speak directly to your AI agent using their microphone
  • Receive real-time voice responses from the AI
  • Switch seamlessly between voice and text chat

Configuration

To enable and configure voice mode:

  • Navigate to the agent you want to configure
  • Click Edit Agent to open the Agent Builder
  • Go to the Voice tab
  • Enable voice mode
  • Select from 20 different voice styles for your AI agent

Choose a voice that best represents your brand's personality and resonates with your target audience.
