You can now present your agent as a full-height sidebar that slides in and pushes page content (similar to Chrome DevTools).
- New default presentation: Choose Sidebar in Appearance -> Default Presentation (Convert plan).
- Left/right control: Sidebar opens from the same side as your widget position (bottom-left / bottom-right).
- Collapsed style: Choose between a Chat Bubble or Copilot Bar when the sidebar is collapsed.

๐ Major Feature: Working Hours for live chat escalations
Working Hours let each teammate control when theyโre considered available for escalations and live chat.
- Opt-in: Teammates must enable Escalation Notification to be considered for escalations.
- Per-user schedule + time zone: Configure under User Settings -> Working Hours.
- Availability-aware escalations: If Working Hours is enabled, Aimdoc only notifies reps who are currently within their configured hours.
- 24/7 default: If Working Hours is disabled, the rep is treated as available 24/7.
- No reps available: If nobody is available, Aimdoc wonโt page your team and will collect contact info for follow-up.

- More robust mapping: Map fields and questions from your Data Capture form into HubSpot/Salesforce with improved handling of defaults and required fields.
- Better configuration UX: Faster, clearer field selection and mapping while configuring CRM actions.
- Salesforce Contact + Account sync (Convert): Previously, Aimdoc only supported syncing to the Salesforce Lead object. Convert plan customers can now sync to Contacts and Accounts too. Contacts are matched by email, and Accounts are matched using your chosen Account field (using the leadโs email domain) so your CRM stays clean.
