App Mode

Aimdoc App Mode lets your agent guide users inside your application with Task Definitions and real-time in-app assistance. Task Definitions can be recorded from your app with the Task Recorder—including voice narration—or written by hand in the Agent Builder. In App Mode the agent can also operate your product UI on the user's behalf and use connected MCP tools as that signed-in user.

Availability

App Mode is currently available only on the Activate plan.

Full setup documentation, implementation details, and advanced configuration are available to Activate customers.

Use the Aimdoc SDK to identify signed-in users and their application accounts. Before sending account identity, configure Identity Verification so account fields are signed by your server.
