Activate Plan: In-App Onboarding
We're introducing the Activate plan—a new way to guide users through your application in real time. Everything in Activate is brand new.
How it works: Embed your Aimdoc agent on both your website and inside your application. When prospects visit your site, they get the same conversational experience they're used to. When they move into your app—for onboarding, setup, or feature adoption—the agent seamlessly guides them through workflows with step-by-step instructions, right where they need help.
Task Definitions and Task Recorder are at the heart of Activate:
- Record by doing: Perform the task (clicks, inputs, navigation) while the recorder captures your actions.
- Voice narration: Optionally narrate steps via microphone for clearer instructions.
- Reusable tasks: Tasks are saved as Task Definitions and can be associated with multiple agents.
- Organization library: Manage all Task Definitions under Knowledge > Task Definitions.
- Guided experience: The agent loads and executes tasks to guide users through your app in real time.

Agent: Specialized for Website and Application
Aimdoc's agent now gets specialized functionality for different contexts. You can embed it on your website and inside your application, streamlining the experience from a prospect on the website to the prospect getting onboarded in the app in real time—all in one continuous conversation.

Visitor Identification Notifications
When a visitor is identified (e.g., via RB2B), Aimdoc can notify your team.
- Visitor Identified Notification: New notification type for when visitor enrichment completes.
- User and Slack: Configurable per user and per Slack channel like other notification types.
