Contacts

Contacts are people your agents have collected or your application has identified. Aimdoc keeps their identity, activity, conversation history, and integration status together so your team can follow up with context.

How contacts are created

A contact can be created when:

  • A visitor shares contact information through your agent's Data Capture flow
  • Your application identifies a signed-in user with an Aimdoc SDK
  • An existing visitor is matched to contact information

When a work email or an SDK account identity is available, Aimdoc can also associate the contact with an Account.

Browse contacts

Open Contacts from the main Aimdoc navigation. The table shows each contact's email, name, company, source, and creation date, along with available CRM and revenue context.

Use the toolbar to:

  • Search for a contact
  • Filter by date range or source
  • Sort the list
  • Change the number of contacts shown per page

The Source column distinguishes contacts collected on your website from users identified inside your application.

Review a contact

Select a row to open the contact summary. From there you can review:

  • Identity and company details
  • Visitor journey and conversation history
  • Assessments, reports, and available deal data
  • CRM and Google Ads sync status

If a CRM sync failed, open the error from the contact summary after correcting the integration issue, then retry the sync. Use View Sessions to see the contact's conversations or Contact Profile for the full record.

Export contacts

Choose Export to CSV at the bottom of the Contacts page. Aimdoc exports the complete filtered result set, not only the page currently visible.

The export includes email, first name, last name, company, and creation date.
