RevenueHero Integration

Overview

Aimdoc's RevenueHero integration lets your AI agent qualify, route, and book inbound meetings inside the chat. Aimdoc connects to a RevenueHero router using its Router ID, then hands off contact and qualification data so the router assigns the right rep and surfaces a calendar.

Features

  • Inbound Lead Routing: Apply RevenueHero routing rules to assign meetings during a conversation.
  • Qualification-Aware Booking: Pass Aimdoc qualification data into the router so the right rep and calendar are surfaced.
  • Real-Time Booking: Visitors book directly with the routed rep without leaving the chat.

Before You Start

  • A RevenueHero account with a configured router.
  • The Router ID for the router you want Aimdoc to use.
  • In Aimdoc, your agent collects the fields your RevenueHero router expects for routing logic (for example, name, email, company, role, etc.).

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Get Your Router ID From RevenueHero

In your RevenueHero dashboard, open the router you want to use and copy its Router ID. RevenueHero's help center has detailed walkthroughs of where router details live for each plan.

Step 2: Connect RevenueHero In Aimdoc

In the Aimdoc dashboard:

  • Go to Integrations.
  • Select RevenueHero.
  • Paste the Router ID into the field provided.
  • Click Connect.

Step 3: Use RevenueHero In Your Agent

Once connected, configure your agent's workflow so scheduling fires through RevenueHero at the appropriate point in the conversation. Aimdoc passes collected contact and qualification data into the router so it can apply your routing rules and present the correct calendar.

Workflow Requirement In Aimdoc

If your RevenueHero router relies on specific fields (such as company size, role, or region) for routing, those fields must be collected in the agent's workflow track path (current track or parent tracks). If a required field is missing, Aimdoc blocks publishing until the field is added.

Verify Your Setup

  1. Start a test conversation with your agent.
  2. Reach a workflow path that triggers scheduling.
  3. Confirm the RevenueHero calendar loads in chat for the routed rep.
  4. Complete a test booking and verify it routes correctly inside RevenueHero.

Troubleshooting

  • Calendar does not load: Double-check the Router ID in Aimdoc against the value shown in RevenueHero.
  • Wrong routing result: Review your router's rules and confirm the data Aimdoc collects matches what the rules expect.
  • Missing data in RevenueHero: Make sure each field your router uses is collected by Aimdoc before scheduling fires.
