Changelog - April 22, 2026
Attio: new CRM integration
Aimdoc now integrates with Attio alongside HubSpot and Salesforce.
Connect Attio from the integrations panel and sync leads, contact fields, and conversation notes directly into your Attio workspace. Field mapping works the same as our other CRMs, so you can plug Attio into your existing Data Capture flow without reconfiguring your agent.
- One-click connection: Authenticate your Attio workspace in a few clicks.
- Lead and contact sync: Push captured leads and enriched contact data into Attio.
- Field mapping: Map Data Capture questions and built-in fields to Attio attributes.
- Conversation notes: Aimdoc writes a conversation summary back to the matching Attio record.

App Agent: configure website and in-app independently
You can now configure your agent differently for your website and for inside your application, while keeping a single connected agent and visitor experience.
From your agent's configuration, you can set a separate prompt, appearance, and behavior for the in-app experience. Your website configuration stays untouched.
- Dedicated in-app prompt: Tailor the agent's goals and instructions for the in-app context.
- Dedicated in-app appearance: Adjust the look and feel for the in-app experience independently of the website.
- Dedicated in-app behavior: Tune how the agent engages in-app separately from the website.
- Unified journey: One agent, one conversation, two optimized experiences.

Visitor Browsing Activity
Aimdoc now tracks browsing activity across your website so you can see what a visitor actually did before and during the conversation.
Page visits and interactions are captured per visitor and surfaced on the visitor profile, including per-page visit counts so you can see which content is driving engagement.
- Page visits: See which pages a visitor viewed and how often.
- Interaction history: A richer picture of each visitor's journey on your site.
- Visitor profile: A new browsing activity view on every visitor.
- Better context for AI and teams: More signal for personalization, routing, and follow-up.
Relevant docs:
New webhook event: Visitor Classified
A new Visitor Classified webhook event lets you react to classification outcomes in real time, alongside the existing Visitor Identified event.
- New event: Subscribe to Visitor Classified in your webhook subscriptions.
- Sample payload: A documented sample payload is available in the webhooks settings UI.
- Configurable: Opt in per webhook subscription like any other event.

RB2B: Resolution Limit and Operator Mode
We added two new controls for teams using RB2B-powered visitor identification.
- Resolution Limit: Set a custom monthly resolution limit to cap identification volume for your organization.
- Operator Mode: When the agent is running inside a customer's own application, RB2B identification is automatically suppressed so your app users aren't resolved as leads.
Relevant docs:
Dashboard and Analytics refresh
The main dashboard and analytics views got a substantial refresh.
- Usage meters: New visual meters show usage against your plan limits with progress bars and percentages.
- Time-of-day greeting: A small touch of personality on your dashboard.
- Active sessions: Cleaner layout for the active sessions display.
- Accurate cycle math: Monthly usage now aligns with your actual subscription cycle instead of a fixed calendar month.
Widget and presentation upgrades
A batch of improvements to how the agent presents itself and integrates with your site or app.
- Flexible presentation modes: More granular control over how the widget appears when collapsed vs. expanded.
- Tighter host integration: The widget now reports its collapsed and expanded state back to the host page, so your app can react to it.
- More reliable real-time: Presence, chat, and voice now share a single, more reliable real-time connection.
- Dynamic fonts: A central font catalog keeps typography consistent across the app and embedded widget, with better fallbacks.
- Fresher search grounding: The agent treats stale search results as out of date so responses stay grounded in current information.
- Snappier widget: Faster transitions and improved render performance throughout the widget.
Relevant docs:
User accounts: first and last name
New signups now capture first and last name, so teammate profiles are richer from day one.
